The Cottage
The cottage is situated within the grounds of Kings Garn between the main house and the stable block, it has it's own private garden is completely self-contained. Unfortunately this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or disabilities due to the varying levels of the garden and steps up into the cottage.
The accommodation consists of a living room with dining area, 1 double bedroom with king size bed (sleeps a maximum of 2 in 1 bed - no put up beds/sleeping bags in the living room are permitted), a kitchen and a bathroom (with shower over bath).
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a digital TV in the living room, the kitchen is well stocked with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided.
Heating is provided during the months October to March (morning and evening), there is also a wood burning stove in the living room. The stove is cleaned out and re-lit each day and a basket of wood and skuttle of coal is provided for guests use.
There is sufficient parking for 1 car, and a lock-up space can be provide for bicycles, etc.
Guests have the use of their own garden, have access to the grounds of the main house, and are welcome to use the tennis court. The only part of the main gardens that is kept private for the owners is the area immediately surrounding the front of the house.
No smoking or electronic cigarettes are permitted inside the property.
