2nd Floor Apartment
The flat is situated on the second floor, it is completely self-contained and has its own private entrance and staircase (unfortunately this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues or disabilities).
The accommodation consists of a living room, a dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 single room - sleeping a MAXIMUM of 4 people at any one time), a small kitchen and a bathroom (with shower over bath).
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a digital TV with integral DVD player in the living room, wireless internet connection, the kitchen is small but well stocked with an oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper are provided.
There is sufficient parking for 2 cars, and a lock-up space can be provided for bicycles, etc.
Guests have access to the grounds, are welcome to use the tennis court and there is a table with chairs (summer only) sited in the garden for their use. The only part of the gardens kept private for the owners is the area immediately surrounding the front of the house.
Heating is provided during the months October to March via the main house central heating (morning & evenings only).
No smoking or electronic cigarettes are permitted inside the property.
